Cornas Clape Auguste 2009 is an exceptional red wine produced by Domaine Clape Auguste from the emblematic grape variety of the Rhône Valley, Syrah. This vintage was vinified in accordance with wine-growing traditions, with aging in oak barrels for several months. The result is a wine of great aromatic complexity, with aromas of black fruits, spices, violets and leather. On the palate, this wine is full-bodied and powerful, with firm tannins and a long lingering finish. It can be drunk now, but it also has great aging potential.
