Yves Cuilleron's Côte-Rôtie Bourasseau 2015 is a red wine of rare elegance, from the Côte-Rôtie appellation in the northern Rhône Valley. This cuvée is made from the Syrah grape variety, which gives the wine deep aromas of black fruits, violets, liquorice and spices. On the palate, the wine is elegant, with fine tannins and good acidity, which balance the richness and complexity of its aromas. The finish is long and persistent, offering a nice freshness and a nice tension.
