Côte-Rôtie Jamet 2016 from Domaine Corinne and Jean-Paul Jamet is an exceptional red wine from the Côte-Rôtie appellation, located in the Rhône Valley. Made mainly from the Syrah grape variety, this wine was cultivated with passion and meticulousness by the couple of emblematic winegrowers, Corinne and Jean-Paul Jamet. This 2016 vintage is distinguished by an intense purple color and complex floral and spicy scents. On the nose, we discover notes of red and black fruits, pepper, violet and liquorice. On the palate, this wine is elegant and structured, with well-integrated tannins and a long lingering finish. It can be enjoyed now or kept for several years in the cellar for even more complexity.
