From the prestigious appellation of Côte-Rôtie, France, Les Rochins 2018 from François & Fils is a red wine made mainly from the Syrah grape variety. It has an intense purple color and reveals complex aromas of black fruits, spices, violets and pepper, with smoky and woody nuances characteristic of aging in barrels. On the palate, this wine is powerful, structured and elegant, with well-integrated tannins and a long lingering finish. It is advisable to decant it before serving to release all its aromas and drink it at a temperature of 16-18°C.
