The Les Grands Chemins cuvée from Bouchard Père & Fils, vintage 2017, is a high quality Gevrey-Chambertin, produced in an iconic wine region of Burgundy. Made from the Pinot Noir grape, this wine has an intense ruby color as well as a complex and elegant bouquet. The aromas of red berries, black cherry, licorice and spices, accompanied by subtle woody notes, create a rich and varied aromatic palette. On the palate, the texture is silky and the tannins fine, offering a perfect balance between acidity and structure. The finish is long, with notes of red fruits and vanilla.
