Etienne Guigal's Hermitage Ex Voto 2010 is an exceptional red wine from the prestigious Hermitage appellation, in the northern Rhône valley. Made from the Syrah grape, this wine is a tribute to the richness of this unique terroir. The intense aromas of black fruits, plum, black cherry and truffle are revealed on the nose, accompanied by notes of sweet spices, black pepper and blond tobacco. On the palate, the wine is dense, ample and concentrated, with powerful and velvety tannins and a long lingering finish. Aging in oak barrels brings subtle notes of wood, vanilla and caramel. This wine is ideal for special occasions and moments of celebration.
