Saint-Joseph Bourasseau 2009 from Yves Cuilleron is an elegant and delicate red wine from the Saint-Joseph appellation, in the northern Rhône valley. Made mainly from the Syrah grape variety, this vintage offers an intense ruby red color, aromas of red fruits and black cherries as well as spicy and peppery notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh, fruity and slightly tart, with supple tannins and good length. This wine has a classic profile typical of the region's Syrah wines.
