Saint-Joseph Bourasseau 2015 from Cuilleron Yves is an exceptional red wine from the Saint-Joseph appellation in the Rhône Valley. This wine is made from the Syrah grape variety which gives it complex and intense aromas of red and black fruits, spices, as well as mineral notes. On the palate it is elegant, harmonious and structured, with fine tannins and a nice lingering finish. It has benefited from aging in oak barrels which gives it notes of vanilla and woodiness.
